Cancellation

We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

Return policy

Orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly accept items in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in returning the merchandise.

Exchanges

After 15 days of delivery,  if you believe your Geeshair product to be defective during the warranty period, please contact Geeshair Customer Support by email at service@geeshair.com for warranty return authorization. Geeshair representative will communicate with you to determine whether to authorize warranty replacement.

If authorized, the replacement order will be issued without charge, freight prepaid.
